Q: I see only a French settings menu when I start up. What can I do?
A: Install the latest Android system updates, restart your device, and reinstall the app. If the issue persists please send an e-mail detailing your device model and Android version to [email protected] and we’ll try to get the issue resolved as soon as possible.
Q: I cannot progress to the next act!
A: Instead pressing the green checkmark, press the option at bottom right of the review or invitation letter. If you are unable to press the button, or you get stuck with closed curtains when you try pressing the button, ensure you have the most recent Android system update. Then restart your device and reinstall the application. If the problem persists please send an e-mail detailing your device model and Android version to [email protected] and we’ll try to get the issue resolved as soon as possible.
Q: Can the S-pen be used with a similar device or pen?
A: The game doesn’t support the S-pen and similar devices.
